ACH Debit/ Credit Card
ACH Debit is a method of electronically remitting child support payments and offers
an alternative to preparing checks and remittance documents. To set up ACH Debit,
please follow these steps:
1. | Register an account at this web site if you are a new user or log in with your user ID and password. |
2. | Provide withholding information using one of the following methods:
a. |
Download and complete the Employer Reconciliation Sheet,
or provide us with a Microsoft® Excel file that contains each employee’s last name, social security number,
MPI number, and withholding amount.
Upload the completed sheet so the information can be validated.

b. |
Manually input each employee's information. Enter each employee's last name,
social security number, MPI number, and withholding information. |

3. | Provide your bank account information, payment amount, payment
frequency, and payment date. |
The amount you authorize will be deducted from your bank account and the payment information will
be sent to the North Carolina Centralized Collections Operation.
