Income withholding from paychecks is required by law for
most child support cases. Make a web-based payment when the court has not
ordered income withholding, or if you need to supplement existing income
withholding payments. Existing income withholding orders cannot be terminated
and replaced with web-based payments. Web-based payments will not prevent the
implementation of an income withholding order.
